Every Wednesday, we produce a new episode that captures the story of a new woman, uniquely navigating her way through the intricacies of leading.
Our lively and daring podcast host, Julia Middleton, having spent over three decades in leadership herself, takes women from all over the world on a journey, exploring everything from team challenges, to impostor syndrome, to trauma, to intergenerational wisdom, motherhood, patriarchy, divorce, the sacred, the importance of sisterhood and much more.
