an interview with fatima zibouh

Written by Fatima Zibouh Expert/Analyst on Diversity, Inclusion and Discrimination Researcher, Social and Political Science

1. Why is “an approach to leadership that resonates with women” needed?

It is essential to develop this approach because it enables the creation of safe spaces for women leaders to meet and discuss gender issues.

This approach allows us to develop sorority regardless of our cultural and social differences. These safe spaces are not an aim but a means, an intermediate step to amplify the voice of women. It is essential to move towards more equality and equity.

2. Halfway through the Expedition what are you uncovering?

I discovered a space characterized by benevolence, active listening and openness with women leaders who come from all over the world. Beyond our cultural and social differences, there is something powerful that unites us: acting for women, with women with a focus on being radically inclusive. Get women who want to make an impact on the world in the same room and you will see the power leading to the transformation of this world!
