1. Why is “an approach to leadership that resonates with women” needed?

There are not enough female role models in leadership positions. Diversity is so important and yet it is so difficult to achieve. There must be something that needs to be looked at - the why and the how. I would like the younger generation to have more female role models and we could start from searching for an approach to leadership that resonates with women

2. Halfway through the Expedition what are you uncovering?

We each have different expectations of leadership. I have to look at my own leadership style to figure out if I am being authentic or I am simply following leadership style that has proven to work well in a more male dominated society. Would I be a better leader if I have not followed the “proven“ approach?
